“You must be temporarily motivated today, so you can be permanently lazy tomorrow.”
There’s NO question, YOU are going to have to work hard (and smart) today, so you can reap the benefits of earning residual income and experience true freedom in your future.

I just finished a personal coaching session with Tyson, one of my team members.
Tyson was very excited, “Man you wouldn’t believe how cool this thing is… and that thing is… and this website… and that website… and this new marketing strategy… and that new marketing strategy… and blah blah blah…” (No offense to Tyson of course)
So I asked, “That’s all fine and dandy Tyson, but do you have your marketing system set up to generate leads?”
Tyson said, “Uhhh… well NO… not exactly…”
So I responded, “Tyson, how are people going to get in touch with you unless you have your marketing system and sales funnel set up? NO LEADS equals NO PROSPECTS equals NO COMMISSIONS equals NO MONEY in your bank account.”
I’m a pretty direct guy. I realized that Tyson needed a good swift kick in the caboose.
He was missing FOCUS.
Laser sharp focus, like a bullet cutting through an apple… the kind of focus that cuts through procrastination and gets the job done NOW.
So I suggested to Tyson a very simple yet powerful plan of attack, “Tyson, every night before you go to bed, I want you to take out a notepad and write down 5 things that you can promise yourself to complete by the end of day, tomorrow.”
“Building a business is like building a house. First you have to have a plan; a blueprint.
And then of course, you lay one brick at a time… one after the other. And six months from now, you’ll have a pretty nice looking house.”
Tyson said, “Wow! I like that idea. I can start building my house right away.”
“You mean you can start building your MANSION right away,” I chuckled.
“You mean my DREAM HOME,” Tyson added.
“Just think… if you lay 5 bricks a day, after one year OR 365 days, you’ll have 1,825 bricks in place. And then you can look back and admire all the hard work you’ve done.”
Tyson took my example to heart and promised he would dedicate 10 to 15 minutes every night before bed to plan his following day, 5 simple bricks… Umm… I mean 5 simple tasks at a time.
And the funny thing is, within 2 weeks of our coaching session, Tyson called me up and said, “You’re not gonna freaking believe this! I ALREADY have 10 to 15 leads showing up EVERY SINGLE DAY. It’s truly incredible. I rise every morning with leads in my inbox! On top of that, I’ve already sponsored 5 new people into my business and it’s ONLY been 2 weeks since our last coaching session. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next few months.”
“Nice going Tyson! It looks like things are really starting to shape up for you. At this rate, you’ll be pulling down a 7-figure paycheck in no time. Now it’s just a matter of time,” I replied.
I couldn’t help but smile and think to myself that Tyson is truly on his way to building the life of his dreams, one brick at a time, one day at a time…
